The Ken Machine Center CompactB Series is a gantry type high-speed 5-axis machining center designed for high precision and high-speed machining of complex components. The machine integrates advanced structural design and modern drive technology to ensure maximum rigidity, dynamic performance, and machining accuracy.
The machine adopts a gantry type structure with a Box-in-Box symmetrical design, which significantly increases structural rigidity and thermal stability. The column and base are manufactured as a one-piece structure, reducing deformation and ensuring stable machining performance even during high-speed operations.
For extremely fast and precise movements, the X and Y axes are driven by linear motors, eliminating mechanical transmission components and allowing very high acceleration, high positioning accuracy, and reduced maintenance requirements.
The machining center can reach feed rates up to 60 m/min, making it ideal for high-speed machining and precision finishing operations.
The machine is equipped with a direct-drive motor two-axis milling head, which provides excellent responsiveness and high positioning accuracy for complex multi-axis machining tasks.
