Vertical CNC Lathe Pro Richyoung RAL-12Cs
The Pro Richyoung RAL-12Cs is a CNC vertical turning lathe designed for machining large and heavy workpieces with high precision and structural rigidity. The machine combines advanced technology with a versatile configuration, allowing it to be adapted to different production requirements.
The structure is built in high-quality cast iron with reinforced brackets, ensuring excellent rigidity and vibration absorption during heavy turning operations. The machine is also equipped with additional guideways on the ram system, increasing stability and accuracy during machining cycles.
The RAM can be configured with driven tools, allowing combined operations such as turning, drilling, milling, and tapping in a single setup. The machine can also be equipped with a C axis controlled spindle and an optional tool magazine, increasing machining flexibility and productivity.
The RAL-12Cs can be supplied with different CNC control systems, mainly Fanuc, combined with latest-generation brushless motors and drives to ensure precise movements and high dynamic performance.
With a 1200 mm chuck diameter, maximum cutting diameter of 1600 mm, and maximum turning height of 1250 mm, the machine is suitable for machining large diameter components. The maximum admissible workpiece weight of 9000 kg allows stable machining of heavy industrial parts.
