The Pro Richyoung DV-3000 is a heavy-duty CNC vertical turning lathe designed for machining very large and heavy components with high precision and stability. The machine combines advanced technology with strong structural rigidity, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.
The structure is built in high-quality cast iron with reinforced brackets, ensuring excellent vibration absorption and long-term dimensional stability during heavy machining operations. The machine is also equipped with additional guideways on the ram system, improving rigidity and maintaining high precision even under high cutting loads.
The RAM can be equipped with driven tools, allowing combined operations such as turning, drilling, milling, and tapping in a single setup. The machine can also be configured with a C axis controlled spindle and an automatic tool magazine, increasing machining flexibility and productivity.
The DV-3000 can be supplied with different CNC systems, including Fanuc or Siemens, together with latest-generation brushless motors and drives, ensuring precise motion control and reliable performance.
With a 3000 mm chuck diameter, maximum cutting diameter of 3400 mm, and maximum turning height of 2000 mm, the machine offers a very large working capacity. The maximum admissible workpiece weight of 22,000 kg allows safe machining of extremely heavy industrial components.
