The Deli HB4D-250 is a new travelling column vertical machining center available for immediate delivery, designed for high-precision milling, drilling, and multi-axis operations on medium-sized components. Its robust construction with linear roller guideways ensures excellent rigidity, accuracy, and smooth movement for demanding machining tasks.
Equipped with a FANUC 0i-MF5 Beta CNC control, the machine features a tilting automatic head with continuous B-axis rotation ±110°, and a high-power integrated electro-spindle capable of 20,000 rpm with high torque. The 24-position BT40 tool magazine allows efficient multi-tool operations, while through-spindle high-pressure coolant at 30 bar ensures optimal cutting performance.
