CNC Slant Bed Lathe Blin BL-H70LC with C Axis and Driven Tools
The Blin BL-H70LC is a heavy-duty CNC slant bed turning center designed for machining large and demanding components with high precision and productivity. The machine combines robust construction, powerful spindle performance and multitasking capabilities thanks to the integration of C axis and driven tools.
The rigid cast iron structure ensures high stability and vibration damping, making the machine suitable for heavy cutting operations and long production cycles. The axes move on roller-type linear guideways, providing smooth motion, high rigidity and excellent positioning accuracy.
The machine is equipped with a hydraulic 3-jaw self-centering chuck with 300 mm diameter, allowing secure clamping of medium and large workpieces. The ASA A2-11 spindle nose ensures high rigidity and compatibility with heavy-duty tooling systems.
A 12-position BMT-85 Sauter motorized turret allows the use of driven tools for milling, drilling and tapping operations directly on the machine. The integration of the CS axis with magnetic ring encoder and braking system enables precise spindle positioning and interpolated machining operations.
The machine also supports rigid tapping with spindle orientation, ensuring accurate thread production during milling and drilling cycles. With multiple turning length configurations (1000 / 1500 / 2000 / 3000 mm), the BL-H70LC provides excellent flexibility for machining both large diameter parts and long shafts.
