CNC Bed Type Milling Machine MTE BF-5200

The MTE BF-5200 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for the machining of large mechanical components, offering high rigidity, precision, and operational flexibility. The machine structure is engineered to ensure stability during demanding milling operations and to maintain accuracy even when machining large workpieces.

The axes slide on square hardened and ground guideways with anti-friction counterguides, providing excellent rigidity, reduced wear, and reliable performance over time. This configuration makes the machine suitable for heavy-duty machining and precision milling operations.

The machine can be equipped with either a manual or automatic milling head, allowing the configuration to be adapted to different machining requirements. The random vertical tool changer, available with 24 or 30 tool positions, ensures efficient tool management and reduces machine downtime during machining cycles.

The ISO 50 spindle with coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) improves cooling and chip evacuation directly at the cutting area, enhancing cutting performance and tool life.

For increased machining versatility, the MTE BF-5200 can be equipped with an optional CNC rotary table (4th axis), allowing multi-side machining of complex components. An electronic handwheel is included to facilitate manual positioning and machine setup operations.
