CNC Bed Type Milling Machine MTE BF-4700

The MTE BF-4700 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for machining large mechanical components with high precision and structural rigidity. Its robust mechanical construction ensures stability during heavy-duty operations, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.

The machine is equipped with an automatic universal milling head indexed every 2.5° on two articulations, allowing flexible positioning and efficient multi-face machining. A vertical/horizontal tool magazine, available with 30, 40, 60 or 80 tool positions, guarantees fast and efficient tool management during complex machining processes.

To enhance cutting performance and chip evacuation, the machine features a coolant-through-spindle system with pressures of 20 or 50 bar, combined with a paper filter system for effective coolant filtration and improved machining conditions.

The hydraulic counterbalance system improves axis stability and reduces mechanical stress on moving components, contributing to higher accuracy and longer machine life.

For increased versatility, the MTE BF-4700 can be equipped with an optional CNC rotary table (4th axis), allowing multi-side machining and greater productivity in complex operations. The three-speed gearbox provides optimal torque and spindle performance across different cutting conditions.

The machine can be configured with several CNC control systems, including Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc, or Fagor, enabling integration into different production environments.
