The MTE BF-4200 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for machining large mechanical components with high levels of rigidity and precision. Its robust mechanical structure and square hardened and ground guideways with anti-friction counterguides provide excellent stability and accuracy during heavy-duty milling operations.

The machine can be equipped with either a manual or automatic milling head, allowing flexibility depending on the machining requirements. The chain-type vertical/horizontal tool magazine, available with 30, 40, 60 or 80 tool positions, ensures efficient tool management and increased productivity during complex machining cycles.

For improved cooling and chip evacuation, the machine features air through the spindle or through external nozzles, supporting stable machining conditions even during demanding operations.
