The MTE BF-3200 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for high-precision machining of medium and large mechanical components. Its strong mechanical structure and square hardened and ground guideways with anti-friction counterguides ensure excellent rigidity, stability, and long-term machining accuracy.
The machine is equipped with an automatic universal milling head indexed every 2.5° on two articulations, allowing flexible positioning and efficient multi-face machining. The random vertical tool changer, available with 24 or 30 tool positions, enables fast tool changes and improves productivity in complex machining cycles.
The ISO 50 spindle with coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) provides efficient cooling and chip evacuation, ensuring optimal cutting performance during heavy-duty operations.
The MTE BF-3200 offers flexible axis configurations with different Y and Z axis travels, allowing the machine to be adapted to a wide range of production requirements. It can also be equipped with an optional CNC rotary table (4th axis) for multi-side machining.
The machine can be supplied with two enclosure configurations, either open-top or fully enclosed, improving operator safety and chip management depending on the production environment. Several CNC control options are available to meet different operational needs.
