CNC Bed Type Milling Machine MTE BF-2700

The MTE BF-2700 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for precise and reliable machining of medium to large mechanical components. Its rigid structure and square hardened and ground guideways with anti-friction counterguides ensure high stability, accuracy, and durability even during demanding machining operations.

The machine is equipped with an automatic universal milling head indexed every 2.5° on two articulations, allowing flexible positioning for complex machining tasks and multi-face operations. A vertical/horizontal tool magazine, available with 30, 40, 60 or 80 tool positions, guarantees efficient tool management and reduced downtime during production.

The ISO 50 spindle with coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) improves cooling efficiency and chip evacuation, enhancing machining performance in heavy-duty milling operations. To maintain dimensional stability during long machining cycles, the machine is fitted with a thermal probe on the ram, which helps prevent elongation caused by temperature variations.

For increased versatility, the MTE BF-2700 can be configured with an optional CNC rotary table (4th axis), allowing multi-side machining and greater productivity. Thanks to its robust mechanical design and multiple configuration options, the machine can be adapted to different industrial production requirements.
