CNC Bed Type Milling Machine MTE BF-2200

The MTE BF-2200 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for machining large mechanical components with high precision and rigidity. Its robust structure combined with square hardened and ground guideways with anti-friction counterguides ensures excellent stability and accuracy during heavy machining operations.

The machine is equipped with an automatic universal milling head indexed every 2.5° on two articulations, allowing flexible positioning for complex machining tasks. A vertical/horizontal tool magazine, available with 30, 40, 60 or 80 positions, provides high tool capacity and improves productivity in multi-operation machining cycles.

The coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) enhances cutting performance and chip evacuation, while the possibility of installing a CNC rotary table (4th axis) expands the machine’s capabilities for multi-side machining.

A three-speed gearbox delivers high torque and optimal spindle performance across different machining conditions. Designed for large workable dimensions, the MTE BF-2200 combines mechanical robustness, versatility, and precision, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.
