The MTE BF-3200 is a new bed type milling machine available for immediate delivery, designed for high-precision milling operations on medium to large components. Its rigid structure with square guideways ensures maximum stability and accuracy during heavy-duty milling operations.
Equipped with a Heidenhain TNC 640 CNC control and a 2.5° × 2.5° indexed milling head running at 4000 rpm, the BF-3200 allows flexible multi-face machining and precise contouring. The machine features a 30-position tool carousel, ISO 50 spindle attachment, and high-pressure coolant through the spindle at 20 bar, providing efficient cutting performance and extended tool life.
With rapid feed rates up to 15,000 mm/min and a rear hinged belt chip conveyor, this machine is ideal for modern workshops and production environments. The BF-3200 is fully Industry 4.0 ready, offering connectivity and smart manufacturing capabilities.
