The Sainty VMC 850 is a high-performance vertical machining center designed for precision milling, drilling, and machining operations on medium-sized components. Its robust cast iron structure combined with roller-type linear guideways on the X, Y, and Z axes ensures excellent rigidity, stability, and long-term accuracy.
With axis travels of 800 mm (X), 500 mm (Y), and 550 mm (Z), the machine provides a versatile working envelope suitable for a wide range of mechanical machining applications. The rapid feed rate of 48 m/min on all axes allows fast positioning and reduced cycle times, improving productivity in production environments.
The 24-position automatic tool changer (ATC) enables efficient multi-tool machining operations, while the automatic oil lubrication system ensures reliable operation and reduced maintenance.
