Description

New Vertical Machining Center Sainty VMC 640

The Sainty VMC 640 is a compact and versatile vertical machining center designed for precision milling, drilling, and machining of small to medium-sized components. Its rigid cast iron structure combined with roller-type linear guideways on all axes ensures high stability, accuracy, and smooth machining performance.

With axis travels of 600 mm (X), 400 mm (Y), and 400 mm (Z), the machine provides an efficient working area within a compact footprint. The rapid feed rate of 24 m/min on all axes increases productivity during positioning and machining operations.

The 16-position automatic tool changer (ATC) allows quick tool changes for multi-operation machining, while the spindle coolant system improves cutting efficiency and tool life. The machine is equipped with automatic oil lubrication for the axis systems, ensuring reliability and reduced maintenance.

The Sainty VMC 640 can be configured with several CNC control options, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications and production environments.
