The Sainty VMC 540 is a compact vertical machining center designed for precision milling, drilling, and machining of small to medium-sized components. Thanks to its rigid cast iron structure and roller-type linear guideways on all axes, the machine ensures high stability, accuracy, and smooth motion during machining operations.

With travels of 500 mm on the X-axis, 400 mm on the Y-axis, and 400 mm on the Z-axis, the VMC 540 offers excellent performance within a compact footprint, making it ideal for workshops where space efficiency is important. The machine is equipped with a 16-position automatic tool changer and rapid feed rates up to 15 m/min on all axes, ensuring productive and reliable machining operations.

The machine is also prepared for the integration of a fourth axis, allowing extended machining flexibility for more complex parts.
