The Sainty VMC 1580 is a high-capacity vertical machining center designed for precision milling, drilling, and tapping operations on medium and large mechanical components. Its rigid cast iron structure combined with roller-type linear guideways on the X, Y, and Z axes ensures excellent stability, accuracy, and long-term machining reliability.
With travels of 1500 mm on the X-axis, 800 mm on the Y-axis, and 700 mm on the Z-axis, the machine provides a large working envelope suitable for a wide range of industrial machining applications. The rapid feed rates up to 36 m/min on all axes allow fast positioning and improved productivity during machining cycles.
The 24-position automatic tool changer enables efficient multi-operation machining, while the coolant system through the spindle improves cutting performance and tool life. The machine also features rigid tapping capability for precise threading operations.
The Sainty VMC 1580 can be configured with ISO 40 or ISO 50 spindle nose, and several machine configurations are available to adapt the machine to different production requirements.
