New Vertical Machining Center Sainty VMC 1160

The Sainty VMC 1160 is a versatile vertical machining center designed for precision milling, drilling, and tapping operations on medium-sized mechanical components. Its rigid cast iron structure combined with roller-type linear guideways on the X, Y, and Z axes ensures high stability, accuracy, and smooth movement during machining operations.

With travels of 1100 mm on the X-axis, 600 mm on the Y-axis, and 600 mm on the Z-axis, the machine offers a spacious working area suitable for a wide range of machining applications. The rapid feed rate of 36 m/min on all axes ensures fast positioning and reduced machining cycle times.

The machine is equipped with a 24-position automatic tool changer (ATC) and features air through the spindle and rigid tapping capability, improving machining efficiency and precision. The Sainty VMC 1160 is also prepared for the installation of a fourth axis, allowing increased flexibility for more complex machining operations. Several optional configurations and CNC solutions are available to meet different production requirements.
