The Focaseiki VMC-600 APC is a high-productivity vertical machining center designed for precision milling and high-volume production. Its twin automatic pallet changer (APC) system enables zero downtime during loading and unloading, making it ideal for continuous operations and efficient multi-shift production.
With travels of 610 mm on the X-axis, 500–560 mm on the Y-axis, and 500 mm on the Z-axis, the VMC-600 APC provides a flexible working envelope for medium-sized components. Its fully enclosed design ensures safety and prevents coolant or chip leakage, while the extra-width base (1.3 m) improves machine stability and vibration damping.
The machine includes a four-way swiveling operator control panel and an additional panel on the tool magazine for easier tool loading/unloading. Its chip conveyor and slant base/APC design facilitate chip evacuation and prevent chips from adhering to the structure. The bronze tube oil circuit with reservoir-type lubricator and direct spindle motor cooling ensure consistent performance and longevity under demanding production conditions.
