The Blin BL-Y1050 is a versatile vertical machining center designed for precision milling, drilling, and tapping operations on medium-sized mechanical components. Its rigid structure with linear guideways on all axes ensures high stability, smooth movement, and excellent machining accuracy.
With travels of 1000 mm (X), 500 mm (Y), and 550 mm (Z), the BL-Y1050 provides a generous working area suitable for a wide range of industrial and workshop applications. The rapid feed rate of 36 m/min enables fast positioning and efficient cycle times.
The machine is equipped with a 24-position automatic tool changer (ATC), a cooling system, and rigid tapping capability, allowing precise and efficient multi-operation machining. Additional features include a pneumatic outlet gun for chip removal and preparation for a fourth axis, enabling more complex machining operations.
