The Blin BL-V7 is a compact and versatile vertical machining center designed for precision milling, drilling, and general machining operations on small and medium-sized components. The machine features a rigid cast iron structure with three axes, ensuring stability, vibration damping, and consistent machining accuracy.
With travels of 720 mm on the X-axis, 450 mm on the Y-axis, and 470 mm on the Z-axis, the BL-V7 provides a flexible working area suitable for mechanical workshops, tooling departments, and small batch production. The rapid feed rate of 36 m/min on all axes allows fast positioning and reduced machining cycle times.
The machine is equipped with an 8000 rpm spindle and a 16-position random automatic tool changer (ATC), enabling efficient multi-operation machining. Linear guideways on all axes guarantee smooth motion and high positioning accuracy, while the automatic oil lubrication system ensures long-term reliability and reduced maintenance.
Additional features such as the electrical cabinet heat exchanger contribute to stable operating conditions, and the machine can be configured with several optional setups to meet different production requirements.
