The MTE RT-V is a CNC bed type milling machine with T-column configuration, designed for high-precision machining of large components and complex machining cycles.
The T-type moving column design optimizes the distribution of moving masses, ensuring excellent structural rigidity and high dynamic performance even during long-axis movements. This configuration allows the machine to maintain stability and precision during heavy-duty machining operations.
Axis movements run on high load-capacity roller linear guideways, providing smooth motion, consistent accuracy, and excellent dynamic response during demanding milling operations.
The RT-V series offers a wide range of configurable travels to adapt the machine to different production requirements:
- X axis travel: from 2000 to 5000 mm
- Y axis travel: from 1200 up to 1600 mm
- Z axis travel: up to 2000 mm
- V axis travel (column movement): up to 2000 mm
The machine can be equipped with a continuous rotary table, enabling efficient multi-face machining and complex operations, significantly reducing setup times and improving productivity.
