Description

Horizontal Machining Center Focaseiki HMC-630

The Focaseiki HMC-630 is a robust horizontal machining center engineered for precision and high productivity in medium to large batch production. Its 1000 × 850 × 950 mm X/Y/Z travels and 630 × 630 mm pallet provide versatility for machining medium-to-large components.

The machine features a dynamic structural design with a two-stepped column configuration, enhancing cutting rigidity and stability. The cast iron structure with double V axes ensures smooth movement and excellent balance during operations, even under heavy cutting conditions.

Multiple configurations are available, including B-axis processing, collet clamp system for pull studs, and automatic tool changers ranging from 30 to 120 positions. A spindle-through coolant system and other optional features further increase efficiency and precision.
