Focaseiki ensures maximum structural rigidity using advanced digital design tools, including COSMOS for structural analysis and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to optimize the frame for stability under load. All structural components are produced in certified foundries using MEEHANITE casting, with strict quality verification after casting.
The machine is equipped with high-quality APC systems from Japan and an automatic tool changer with modern core technology, enabling fast and reliable pallet exchanges and high production efficiency.
