The Blin BL-S550 is a high-speed vertical machining center designed for precision machining and mass production of small to medium components. Thanks to its compact design and high rapid feed rates, the machine ensures fast production cycles, high productivity, and reliable machining performance.
The machine offers 550 mm travel on the X axis, 350 mm on the Y axis, and 440 mm on the Z axis, providing a practical working envelope for machining mechanical parts, molds, and precision components.
The spindle features an ISO-30 taper with a maximum speed of 12,000 rpm, making it suitable for high-speed milling, drilling, and finishing operations. Combined with rapid feed rates of 32 m/min, the machine allows quick positioning and reduced machining cycle times.
The automatic tool changer (ATC) is equipped with 8 tool positions as standard, with optional configurations of 16 or 24 positions to support more complex machining operations. The tool change time is only 1.2 seconds, ensuring minimal downtime during production cycles.
