Description

Heavy Duty Boring and Milling Machine Travis M-7

The Travis M-7 is a heavy duty boring and milling machine designed for precision machining and demanding workshop operations. Manufactured in Spain, the machine combines robust construction, high machining accuracy, and excellent reliability, offering strong performance at a very competitive price.

The machine features a solid cast iron structure, ensuring high rigidity and effective vibration absorption during heavy machining operations. The sliding guideways are integrated directly into the cast iron structure, induction hardened for durability and coated with Turcite antifriction material, reducing friction and wear while guaranteeing smooth and precise axis movements.

The Fagor 8055 MC CNC control provides reliable and user-friendly management of machining operations, allowing accurate control for both milling and boring processes.

With X axis travel of 1500 mm, Y axis travel of 650 mm, and Z axis travel of 620 mm, the Travis M-7 offers a larger working envelope compared to smaller models in the range, making it suitable for machining medium to large mechanical components.

Thanks to its rigid mechanical structure, durable guideways, and reliable CNC system, the Travis M-7 is an ideal solution for workshops requiring a versatile and robust machine for daily production work.
