Floor Type Milling Boring Machine FBF-S 6000

The FBF-S 6000 is a floor type milling and boring machine designed for machining medium to large-sized workpieces requiring high rigidity, precision, and reliable performance over long travels. The moving column design allows efficient machining of large components while maintaining excellent stability during heavy cutting operations.

The machine is equipped with linear guideways with preloaded roller packs on the moving axes, ensuring smooth movement, high load capacity, and long-term accuracy. The longitudinal X-axis movement is driven by a rack-and-pinion system with double motor, providing powerful and stable motion along the extended travel.

The cross traverse RAM also slides on linear ways with preloaded roller packs, while the Z-axis features a hydraulic balancing system that improves movement stability and reduces load on the drive system.

The machine can be configured with manual or automatic milling heads, allowing flexibility for different machining requirements. A chain-type vertical/horizontal tool magazine with 40 / 60 / 80 positions ensures efficient tool management, while through-tool coolant (DIN 69871B ISO 50) enhances cutting performance.

Different CNC controls are available, including Heidenhain, Siemens, Fagor, and Fanuc, enabling integration into various production environments.
