Floor Type Milling Boring Machine FBF-S 10000

The FBF-S 10000 is a floor type milling and boring machine designed for machining large-scale components that require high rigidity, precision, and stability over very long travels. The moving column configuration allows efficient machining of large workpieces while maintaining excellent structural stability during heavy-duty operations.

The machine is equipped with linear guideways with preloaded roller packs, ensuring smooth axis movement, high load capacity, and consistent precision during demanding milling and boring operations. Both the vertical headstock and the cross traverse RAM move on linear ways with preloaded roller packs, providing excellent rigidity and accuracy during machining.

An indexing or millesimal automatic head can be installed, offering flexibility for a wide range of machining operations, including angular milling and complex multi-face machining.

The machine is equipped with a chain-type vertical/horizontal tool magazine with 40 / 60 / 80 positions, ensuring efficient automatic tool changes during long machining cycles. The through-tool coolant system (DIN 69871B ISO 50) improves cutting performance and tool life, especially during heavy machining operations.

To ensure reliability and stable operation, the machine includes a refrigeration system for the electrical cabinet, helping maintain optimal working conditions for the control electronics.

The robust cast iron structure ensures excellent mechanical rigidity and long-term precision when machining medium to large workpieces.
