Floor Type Milling Boring Machine FBF-M 8000

The FBF-M 8000 is a floor type milling and boring machine designed for machining very large and heavy workpieces requiring high rigidity, precision, and flexibility. The moving column configuration allows the machine to efficiently process long components while maintaining excellent structural stability during demanding machining operations.

The machine is equipped with linear guideways with preloaded roller packs, ensuring smooth axis movements, high load capacity, and consistent machining accuracy. The X-axis longitudinal movement is driven by a rack and pinion system with double motor, providing powerful and stable motion along the extended travel.

The vertical headstock slides on linear ways with preloaded roller packs, ensuring rigidity and precision during heavy milling and boring operations. The machine also supports rigid tapping with spindle orientation, enabling precise threading operations.

Different automatic heads are available, including indexing heads and millesimal heads, allowing the machine to adapt to a wide range of machining requirements and complex operations.

A vertical/horizontal tool magazine with 40 / 60 / 80 positions enables efficient tool management and automatic tool changes during long machining cycles. The through-tool coolant system (DIN 69871B ISO 50) improves cutting performance and tool life.

Thanks to its robust mechanical structure and large working capacity, the FBF-M 8000 is suitable for machining large structural components and heavy mechanical parts.
