Floor Type Milling Boring Machine FBF-M 6000

The FBF-M 6000 is a floor type milling and boring machine designed for machining large and heavy components requiring high rigidity, precision, and stability. The moving column configuration allows efficient machining of long workpieces while maintaining excellent structural balance during heavy-duty operations.

The machine is equipped with linear guideways with preloaded roller packs, ensuring smooth movements, high load capacity, and consistent precision even during demanding machining cycles. The X-axis longitudinal movement is driven by a rack and pinion system with double motor, providing strong and stable motion across the long travel.

Both the vertical headstock and the cross traverse RAM slide on linear ways with preloaded roller packs, guaranteeing high rigidity and precise positioning during milling and boring operations.

The machine is equipped with an automatic indexing head with 2.5° positioning, with spindle speed options up to 4,000 or 6,000 rpm, offering versatility for a wide range of machining tasks.

A vertical/horizontal tool magazine with 40 / 60 / 80 positions allows efficient automatic tool changes during long machining cycles, while the through-tool coolant system (DIN 69871B) improves cutting performance and tool life.
