Floor Type Milling Boring Machine FBF-M 10000

The FBF-M 10000 is a large floor type milling and boring machine designed for machining very large and heavy components that require high rigidity, precision, and operational flexibility. The moving column configuration allows efficient machining of long workpieces while maintaining excellent structural stability during heavy-duty operations.

The machine features linear guideways with preloaded roller packs, ensuring smooth axis movements, high load capacity, and consistent machining accuracy. The X-axis longitudinal movement is driven by a rack and pinion system with double motor, providing powerful and stable motion across the long travel.

Both the vertical headstock and the cross traverse RAM slide on linear ways with preloaded roller packs, guaranteeing rigidity and precise positioning during demanding milling and boring operations.

The machine is equipped with an automatic indexing head with 2.5° positioning, with spindle speed options up to 4,000 or 6,000 rpm, allowing versatility for different machining requirements.

A random automatic tool changer with 24 / 30 positions allows efficient tool management during complex machining cycles. The high-pressure coolant system through the spindle (20 / 30 / 57 bar) improves chip evacuation, cutting performance, and tool life during heavy machining operations.

Thanks to its large travels and robust cast structure, the FBF-M 10000 is ideal for machining very large mechanical components and heavy industrial structures.
