The MTE FBF M 6000 is a new travelling column milling machine available for immediate delivery, designed for high-precision milling and heavy-duty machining of large components. Its robust structure and long travels on all axes ensure excellent stability and accuracy during demanding operations in modern workshops.

Equipped with a Heidenhain 7 CNC control, the machine features a fully automatic milling head with 0.01° indexing on both joints at 6,000 rpm, allowing flexible multi-face machining. The 60-position tool magazine supports horizontal and vertical tool changes, while the automatic head and accessory changer with 3 positions further increases efficiency.

Additional features include a HFK-500 extended spindle, through-spindle coolant and air at 20+8 bar, an operator platform with vertical lift, Ewon remote teleservice, and a rear hinged belt chip conveyor, making the machine ideal for large component production and Industry 4.0 connected environments.
