The Blin BL-HK63B-3000 is a flat bed CNC lathe designed for machining medium to large and long workpieces, combining high rigidity, precision, and reliability. The machine features a robust cast iron structure and a wide bed design, ensuring excellent vibration damping and stability during heavy turning operations.
The box guideways with anti-friction material provide high load capacity and durability, making the machine suitable for demanding machining conditions. The lathe can be configured with two turret options: a 4-position vertical turret for larger turning diameters or a 6-position horizontal turret for more versatile machining operations.
With a maximum distance between centers of 3000 mm, the machine is ideal for machining long shafts and cylindrical components. The large spindle bore of 105 mm allows the machining of bar stock with significant diameters.
