The Blin BL-HK63B-1000 is a flat bed CNC lathe designed for machining medium to large diameter workpieces requiring high rigidity and precision. Thanks to its robust cast iron structure, the machine provides excellent vibration damping and stability during heavy turning operations.
The flat bed configuration ensures high structural rigidity, making the machine suitable for demanding machining tasks and heavy cutting conditions. The lathe can be configured with two turret options: a 4-position vertical turret for larger turning diameters or a 6-position horizontal turret for versatile machining operations.
The ASA A2-11 spindle nose allows the use of large chucks, enabling the machining of bigger workpieces. The machine is also equipped with a cooling system, improving tool life and machining performance during continuous operations.
Thanks to its flexible configuration options, the BL-HK63B-1000 can be adapted to different machining requirements and production environments.
