The Blin BL-CKL6163-1000 is a flat bed CNC lathe designed for machining medium to large workpieces with high rigidity, precision, and reliability. The machine features a Meehanite cast iron structure, ensuring excellent vibration damping and long-term dimensional stability during heavy turning operations.
The wide bed design (550 mm) combined with the box guideway system provides high load capacity and stable machining performance. With a maximum swing over bed of 630 mm and a maximum turning length of 1000 mm, the machine is suitable for a wide range of turning applications on medium-sized components.
The spindle bore of 104 mm allows the machining of large bar stock, while the C.M. 11 spindle nose supports the use of robust workholding systems for secure clamping of heavy parts.
The machine is equipped with a 4-position automatic electric turret, allowing efficient tool changes during machining operations. An automatic lubrication system ensures proper lubrication of moving components, increasing reliability and reducing maintenance requirements.
