The Blin BL-GM3024 is a heavy-duty double column machining center designed for the precision machining of large and heavy components. Its gantry-type structure with two rigid columns ensures high structural stability, making it suitable for demanding milling operations and long machining cycles.

The machine features a robust cast iron structure that guarantees excellent vibration absorption and long-term dimensional accuracy. Linear guideways on all three axes provide smooth movement, high positioning precision, and reliable performance even during heavy cutting operations.

With X axis travel of 3000 mm, Y axis travel of 2400 mm, and Z axis travel of 1050 mm, the BL-GM3024 offers a large working area for machining large plates, molds, frames, and structural components.

The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer with 24 positions, ensuring efficient tool management and reduced setup times.
