CNC Slant Bed Lathe Blin BL-H65Y with C Axis and Y Axis
The Blin BL-H65Y is a high-performance CNC slant bed turning center designed for advanced multitasking operations. Equipped with both C axis and Y axis, the machine allows complete machining of complex components in a single setup, combining turning, milling, drilling and tapping operations with high precision.
The machine features a rigid cast iron structure that ensures excellent vibration damping and structural stability, even during demanding machining cycles. The linear guideways on all axes provide smooth and precise movements, improving positioning accuracy and dynamic performance.
The 92 mm spindle bore combined with the 250 mm 3-jaw self-centering chuck allows machining of medium and large components with excellent rigidity. The machine is equipped with a BMT-65 Sauter motorized turret with 12 positions, enabling driven tooling for milling and drilling operations directly on the lathe.
The integration of the C axis allows precise spindle positioning and interpolated machining, while the Y axis enables off-center milling and more complex geometries, significantly expanding the machining capabilities of the machine.
The BL-H65Y is available with multiple turning length configurations (1000 / 1500 / 2000 / 3000 mm), making it suitable for both medium-sized parts and long shaft machining. The integrated cooling system supports efficient heat management and improves machining conditions during intensive production cycles.
