CNC Slant Bed Lathe Blin BL-H60LC with C Axis
The Blin BL-H60LC is a powerful CNC slant bed turning center designed for precision turning and multitasking machining. Thanks to the integration of the C axis, the machine allows turning, drilling, milling and tapping operations in a single setup, increasing productivity and reducing secondary operations.
The machine features a rigid cast iron structure, ensuring excellent vibration damping and machining stability. The linear guideways on all axes guarantee smooth movements, high positioning accuracy and reliable performance during demanding machining cycles.
The 105 mm spindle bore and 250 mm 3-jaw self-centering chuck allow the machining of medium and large diameter components with high rigidity. The machine is equipped with a BMT-65 Sauter motorized turret with 12 positions, enabling the use of driven tools for milling and drilling operations.
The CS axis with braking system provides precise spindle positioning for indexing and interpolated operations, allowing complex machining directly on the lathe. The automatic lubrication system ensures proper maintenance of moving components, improving machine reliability and service life.
With multiple turning length configurations (1000 / 1500 / 2000 / 3000 mm), the BL-H60LC offers excellent flexibility for machining both short and long workpieces.
