The Blin BL-H50Y is an advanced CNC slant bed turning center designed for high-precision turning and complex multi-axis machining. Thanks to the integration of C axis and Y axis, the machine allows complete machining in a single setup, combining turning, milling, drilling and tapping operations.
The rigid cast iron structure ensures excellent stability and vibration absorption, guaranteeing high precision and reliable performance even during demanding machining cycles. The linear guideways on all axes provide smooth movements, high positioning accuracy and dynamic response.
The machine is equipped with a BMT-55 Sauter motorized turret with 12 positions, enabling the use of driven tools for milling and drilling operations. The CS axis with braking system ensures precise spindle positioning, allowing accurate indexing and interpolated machining.
The ASA A2-6 spindle nose with 200 mm 3-jaw self-centering chuck allows machining of medium-size components with high rigidity. The addition of the Y axis significantly increases machining flexibility, making it possible to perform off-center milling operations and complex geometries directly on the lathe.
