The Blin BL-H50TC is a high-performance CNC slant bed turning center designed for precision machining and combined turning–milling operations. The rigid cast iron structure ensures excellent vibration damping and thermal stability, allowing reliable machining performance even during demanding production cycles.
The machine is equipped with linear guideways on all axes, ensuring smooth movement, high positioning accuracy and dynamic response. With rapid feeds up to 24 m/min, the BL-H50TC guarantees high productivity by reducing idle times during machining cycles.
The integrated C axis allows indexed or interpolated spindle positioning, enabling milling, drilling and tapping operations directly on the lathe. This capability significantly expands the machining possibilities and reduces the need for secondary operations.
The machine features a BMT-55 Sauter motorized turret with 12 positions, allowing the use of driven tools for milling operations and improving machining flexibility. The hydraulic tailstock provides additional support for longer workpieces, ensuring stability and accuracy during turning operations.
The 66 mm spindle bore and compact machining area make the BL-H50TC suitable for a wide range of precision mechanical components.
