The Blin BL-H50T is a compact and reliable CNC turning center designed for precision machining of medium-size components. Its rigid cast iron structure ensures excellent stability and vibration absorption, allowing consistent accuracy and reliable performance in continuous production environments.
The machine is equipped with linear guideways on all axes, providing smooth movements, high positioning accuracy and fast dynamic response. The rapid feed of 24 m/min on X and Z axes improves productivity and reduces non-cutting times during machining cycles.
The ASA A2-6 spindle nose with 200 mm hydraulic self-centering chuck makes the machine suitable for a wide range of turning operations on medium-size workpieces. The automatic lubrication system ensures proper lubrication of the machine components, increasing reliability and reducing maintenance requirements.
The BL-H50T can be configured with different CNC controls, allowing integration into various production environments and operator preferences.
