CNC Boring and Milling Machine U’Chine 13032 RT

The U’Chine 13032 RT is a CNC boring and milling machine designed for precision machining of medium-sized components. Thanks to its robust construction and transverse moving column (T-type) configuration, the machine provides high rigidity and stability during demanding machining operations.

The machine features an X-axis travel of 3200 mm, allowing the machining of large and complex workpieces. The spindle has a 130 mm bore, ensuring strong cutting capability and the ability to perform heavy-duty boring and milling operations.

It is equipped with a controlled rotary table, which enables precise positioning of the workpiece and allows multi-side machining without repositioning, improving productivity and accuracy.

The spindle taper ISO 50 ensures compatibility with heavy-duty tooling and provides excellent rigidity during machining. The machine can be configured with automatic tool magazines with 40, 60, or 90 positions, allowing quick tool changes and supporting complex machining cycles.

For increased versatility, the machine can also be equipped with manual or automatic universal milling heads, enabling different machining angles and expanding the machine’s range of applications.
