CNC Bed Type Milling Machine MTE RT-2500

The MTE RT-2500 is a CNC bed type milling machine engineered for medium to large workpieces, offering high precision, robustness, and versatile machining capabilities for demanding industrial operations.

This model features an integrated CNC rotary table (4th axis), enabling efficient multi-face machining without repositioning the workpiece. This improves productivity and ensures accuracy in complex operations.

The machine’s axes run on linear guideways with preloaded roller packs, providing smooth movement, high positioning accuracy, and excellent dynamic performance during milling cycles.

An automatic universal head indexed every 2.5° on two articulations allows precise spindle positioning for multi-face and angular machining operations.

Tool handling is managed through a vertical or horizontal tool magazine, with options for 30, 40, 60, or 80 tool positions, ensuring rapid and efficient automatic tool changes.

The ISO 50 spindle supports both coolant-through-tool (DIN 69871B) and high-pressure coolant through the spindle (20–50 bar) with filter paper system, optimizing cutting performance, chip evacuation, and tool life.
