CNC Bed Type Milling Machine MTE RT-2000

The MTE RT-2000 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for the machining of medium to large mechanical components, combining structural rigidity, precision machining, and high operational flexibility.

One of the key features of this model is the integrated CNC rotary table (4th axis), which allows efficient multi-side machining without repositioning the workpiece. This configuration improves productivity and ensures high accuracy during complex machining operations.

The machine uses linear guideways with preloaded roller packs, providing smooth axis movements, high positioning accuracy, and excellent dynamic performance during milling operations.

An automatic universal milling head indexed every 2.5° on two articulations allows flexible positioning of the spindle, making it possible to machine multiple faces of the workpiece with precision and efficiency.

Tool management is handled by a vertical or horizontal tool magazine, available with 30, 40, 60, or 80 tool positions, ensuring efficient automatic tool changes and reducing setup times during production.

The ISO 50 spindle with coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) provides effective cooling and chip evacuation directly at the cutting zone, improving machining performance and extending tool life.

The three-speed gearbox ensures optimal torque and spindle performance across a wide range of machining operations, from heavy roughing to precision finishing.
