CNC Bed Type Milling Machine MTE KT-5200

The MTE KT-5200 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for the machining of large and heavy mechanical components, offering high rigidity, precision, and a wide range of configuration possibilities for demanding industrial applications.

The machine features a robust mechanical structure, designed to ensure stability and vibration absorption during heavy milling operations. This construction guarantees consistent machining accuracy and long-term reliability when working with large workpieces.

Axis movements are performed on linear guideways with preloaded roller packs, providing smooth movement, high positioning accuracy, and excellent dynamic performance during machining operations.

The machine can be equipped with several types of milling heads, including indexed heads and millesimal heads, allowing high flexibility in positioning and enabling complex multi-face machining operations with precise angular adjustment.

Tool management is handled by a chain-type vertical or horizontal tool magazine, available with 30, 40, 60, or 80 tool positions, ensuring efficient automatic tool changes and improved productivity during machining cycles.

The ISO 50 spindle with coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) provides effective cooling and chip evacuation directly at the cutting zone, improving machining performance and extending tool life.

For increased machining flexibility, the MTE KT-5200 can be equipped with an optional CNC rotary table (4th axis), allowing multi-side machining and greater productivity when working with complex components.
