CNC Bed Type Milling Machine MTE KT-4200

The MTE KT-4200 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for machining large and heavy mechanical components, combining high rigidity, precision, and flexibility for demanding industrial applications.

The machine features a reinforced cast iron structure, providing excellent stability and vibration absorption during heavy machining operations. This robust design ensures consistent precision and reliable performance when working with large workpieces.

Axis movements are performed on linear guideways with preloaded roller packs, ensuring smooth motion, high positioning accuracy, and excellent dynamic behavior during milling operations.

Tool management is handled by a vertical or horizontal tool magazine, available with 30, 40, 60, or 80 tool positions, enabling efficient automatic tool changes and improved productivity during machining cycles.

The ISO 50 spindle with coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) provides effective cooling and chip evacuation directly at the cutting zone, improving machining quality and extending tool life.

To maintain high machining accuracy during long machining cycles, the machine is equipped with a thermosensor system on the ram, designed to compensate for thermal expansion and prevent elongation of the ram.
