The MTE KT-3200 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for the machining of large and complex mechanical components, offering high rigidity, precision, and advanced configuration capabilities. Tool management is handled by a vertical or horizontal tool magazine, available with 30, 40, 60, 80, or 100 tool positions, ensuring efficient automatic tool changes and increased productivity during machining cycles.

The ISO 50 spindle with coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) provides efficient cooling and chip evacuation directly at the cutting point, improving machining performance and extending tool life.

For increased versatility, the MTE KT-3200 can be equipped with an optional CNC rotary table (4th axis), enabling multi-side machining and greater flexibility when processing complex components.

The three-speed gearbox ensures optimal torque and spindle performance across a wide range of machining conditions, making the machine suitable for both heavy roughing operations and precision finishing.
