The MTE K-3200 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for high precision machining of medium to large mechanical components. Its solid construction and square hardened and ground guideways with anti-friction counterguides provide excellent rigidity, stability, and long-term accuracy even during heavy-duty machining operations.
The machine can be equipped with several indexed milling heads, offering flexibility for different machining orientations and complex operations. A 24-position vertical/horizontal tool magazine ensures efficient tool management and reduced downtime during production cycles.
The ISO 50 spindle with coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) improves cutting performance and chip evacuation, particularly in demanding machining processes. The machine also features rigid tapping with spindle orientation, enabling accurate threading operations.
For enhanced machining versatility, the MTE K-3200 can be configured with an optional CNC rotary table (4th axis), allowing multi-side machining and increased productivity. The two-speed gearbox provides the torque required for heavy milling while maintaining optimal cutting performance.
