CNC Bed Type Milling Machine MTE K-2700
The MTE K-2700 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for precise machining of medium-sized components, combining mechanical robustness with high operational flexibility. Its rigid construction and square hardened and ground guideways with anti-friction counterguides ensure excellent stability and accuracy even during demanding machining operations.
The machine can be equipped with automatic or manual milling heads, allowing the configuration to be tailored to different production requirements. To maintain precision during long machining cycles, the machine is fitted with a thermal probe on the ram, which helps prevent dimensional variations caused by thermal expansion.
The coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) improves cooling efficiency and chip evacuation, while the possibility of installing a CNC rotary table (4th axis) extends the machine’s capabilities for multi-side machining. Thanks to the availability of different CNC control options, the machine can be adapted to various operational preferences.
