The MTE K-2200 is a robust CNC bed type milling machine designed for precision machining of medium-sized workpieces. Thanks to its rigid structure and square hardened and ground guideways with anti-friction counterguides, the machine ensures high stability, accuracy, and reliability during heavy milling operations.
The machine is equipped with an automatic universal head with 2.5° indexing on two articulations, allowing flexible positioning for complex machining tasks. A 24-position vertical/horizontal tool magazine provides efficient tool management and quick changeover during production.
The two-speed gearbox delivers the torque required for demanding machining operations, while the coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) improves tool life and chip evacuation. The machine can also be configured with an optional CNC rotary table (4th axis) to expand machining capabilities.
