CNC Bed Type Milling Machine MTE BT-4700

The MTE BT-4700 is a CNC bed type milling machine designed for the machining of large mechanical components, offering high rigidity, precision, and versatility in demanding industrial applications. Its robust mechanical structure ensures stability during heavy machining operations and reliable performance over time.

The machine features linear guideways with preloaded roller packs, allowing smooth axis movement, high positioning accuracy, and excellent dynamic performance during milling processes.

An automatic universal milling head indexed every 2.5° on two articulations provides flexible positioning and allows efficient multi-face machining of complex components.

Tool management is handled by a chain-type vertical/horizontal tool magazine, available with 30, 40, 60, or 80 tool positions, ensuring efficient tool storage and fast automatic tool changes during production.

The ISO 50 spindle with coolant-through-tool system (DIN 69871B) ensures effective cooling and chip evacuation directly at the cutting area, improving machining quality and extending tool life.

For enhanced machining flexibility, the MTE BT-4700 can be equipped with CNC rotary tables (fourth axis), enabling multi-side machining and increased productivity.

The machine is available with closed enclosure configurations, including open-top or fully enclosed versions, providing improved chip containment and operator safety.

The three-speed gearbox ensures optimal torque and spindle performance across a wide range of machining operations, making the machine suitable for both roughing and finishing processes.
